3. Client Responsibilities

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy 

Intuitive Psychic Readings / Sessions

• Rescheduling: Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your session to receive a full refund or new appointment.
• No-Shows / Late Cancellations: Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice may result in forfeiture of the session and payment.
• Personalized Services: Every reading is unique and personal, so all purchases are generally final. Refunds are offered only at our discretion, with care and fairness in mind.
• Connection Issues: In the rare event we are unable to connect with you for your scheduled reading, you will receive a full refund within 24 hours.
• Session Recordings: All sessions are recorded and emailed to you within 24-48 hours after your reading.
• Technical Failures: Should technical issues on our end prevent your session, we will offer a reschedule, refund, or credit.

Podcasts, Meditations, and Digital Products

Our podcasts and guided meditations—whether purchased or free—are created to inspire, uplift, and support your spiritual journey. They are for personal growth and insight only and are not a substitute for professional medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.

For purchased digital products:

• Because these offerings are delivered instantly, all sales are final.
• Refunds are not available once content has been accessed or downloaded.
• If you encounter technical issues, we’ll work with you to restore your access promptly.

Legal Notice for EU / UK / Similar Consumer Protections

• If you reside in the European Union, United Kingdom, or a country with similar consumer protection laws, you may have the legal right to cancel certain services within 14 days of purchase (“cooling-off period”).
• By booking a reading to be delivered during this 14-day period, you consent to us starting the service immediately and waive your right to cancel once the reading has begun. 

All refund and cancellation decisions are made with care, fairness, and respect, at the sole discretion of Psychic Sibz.
